...."my pal"?......I never listen to his program. Not that I'm avoiding it or anything, I just seldom listen to radio in the middle of the day. And it would seem you spend more time on his website than I do. Maybe he's your pal.....:>)

That was not his website and in a search to track down more information on the story, a link led to that "YouTube" video.

Sorry to upset you for suggesting Rush Limbaugh is your pal. I will remember that he is not. Nor was he ever?

I saw it live. It was hilarious. But it certainly wasn't pulled for slamming Democrats. There are lots of sketches that have done that and haven't been pulled, and this one didn't really focus on slamming the Dems any more than the Republicans (Bush's part in the sketch was at least equally negative). It was the non-politicians who came across the worst: the yahoos that got loans, and the money grubbers who made them. I think the most likely explanation for the editing is exactly what they said -- that using a real couple's name and saying they should be shot was a really bad call.

......I just don't listen to his program. It's not on at a convenient time for me.
