Palin Hacker Indicted

Tennessee man, 20, charged with accessing Republican's Yahoo! account

OCTOBER 8--A Tennessee man has been indicted for hacking into the e-mail account of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. David Kernell, 20, was charged with illegally accessing Palin's Yahoo! account "by researching and correctly answering a series of personal security questions," according to an indictment filed in U.S. District Court in Knoxville. A copy of the indictment can be found below.

Do you think it's a coincidence....

"Indicted" = "Convicted"...?

He pled not guilty.

Doesn't matter, though...unless he found Palin's online porn collection or something.

Not to condone what this idiot did, but it kind of serves Palin right for conducting state business via a Yahoo email account.

"Doesn't matter"? Really?

At LEAST he wasn't "hacking" into the files of.....

Any Islamic Fundamentalists currently residing in The United States!

THAT would have brought cries for condemnation and punishment from the Left.....

I'll tell you what I told Whiterat on the last page.

He pleaded not guilty and was released without any bail.

No conviction yet, Reprobate. Why don't you wait and find out what turns out to be true before you convict him in your posts? If you are counting on him being the one who did it, you are quite likely to be wrong. He isn't the only /b/tard in the world if he is one. They don't generally work alone (like most cowards). They often claim credit for things they haven't done that were done by others. I know some about these guys. They are probably feeling good about getting some publicity and reactions. That is what keeps them going. It is part of the reason they do the nasty stuff they do. Their network has been experiencing some losses lately and they were looking for something like this to rally the troops. By advertising of their "raids" they are aggrandized. They don't merit the attention.

There are /b/tards whose parents are on both sides of the political spectrum. It is a coincidence. /b/tards are more anarchist than partisan. They are young jerks looking for attention, nothing more. The destruction they cause needs to be stopped, though. This guy hasn't been convicted and if he IS convicted, he wasn't alone in all this.

Cover for the dem crook, the apple doesn't fall from the tree.

Actually, he could probably care less. It is his parents that are probably suffering. These kids are destructive, anarchistic and nihilistic. They don't care about anything but "LULZ".

you mean was he put up to it?

well, then either he flips on dad, or dad lets him burn.

You sure seem to know a lot about this.

I think the Knoxville DA might have a few questions for you.
I'm a little surprised

...that that's against the law. You actually possess your Yahoo account, and getting into someone's account by "reasearching and correctly answering a series of personal security questions" is against the law?

Well, if so, bring him to justice.

Brings up another point, though - should we trust this woman with our national security when she doesn't even know how to set up personal passwords in a way that would prevent them from being easily hacked?

Scary...
