"That one"

What does that mean?

He didn't say my opponent, or the other candidate. he said "that one"?

That one. Thats how I let the butcher know he has the proper steak at the counter. He bends down and reaches in to the cooler and In say ,"yes that one". Thats not how respectful people address one another in a public forum. Its a deep, deep insult.

Is this how McCain feels about anyone who disagrees with him on an issue. Are all Americans nothing but chopped liver in his book if they happen to think there are better policies than his?

That one? That one said this that one said that. No Senator Mccain, your opponent took a principled stand that was different from your own. To then diminish the humanity of the man is a sign of hateful arrogance. The same type of hateful arrogance that has been leading this nation into the latrine for the last 8 years.

Mr. McCain, we do not need 4 more years of Bush like arrogance against anyone who simply disagrees with you. Thanks for your service to this country, but its time for you to go home.

Obama/Biden 08.

The scolding parent.

I found it rather rude as well. Code talk for "boy".

people called. They've found your backbone, you wimp.
I didn't think of that

Its almost too over the top to consider. McCain should be required to explain the insult.

I wouldn't use his name in such a vain manner.

Plus coming from one of the biggest crybabys on the internet (you) its almost amusing.

Will be coming from the McCain camp. While "that one" was the most obvious, there were a number of others, including answering to the factcheck organizations for misrepresentations.

This debate wasn't even close. McCain got clobbered. I boiled in down in Dawn's thread as "Obama has a strategy, McCain has talking points". We will have to wait for Thursday's daily tracking polls result to see how the voters registered on this debate.

Lastly, Obama hung around long after the debate talking and posing for pictures with the audience. McCain took an early exit. Score another one for Obama.

absolutely, he's the old man highly irritated by the young one usurping his deserved position.

Oh, I think it was an innocent mistake.

He just forgot Obama's name. Senior moment or something.

At least one person in the GOP thinks "That one" was a great line:

That the GOP would gloat about disrespectful behavior comes as no surprise.
