Don't we all go across state lines to make purchases ?
by partizan

My Father in law used to go across state lines all the time to purchase booze. And he made a fortune; enough to fund my first campaign. At least he did until he they sent him to the state pen.

"My Father in law used to go across state lines all the time to purchase booze."

My granddad had a river resort/liquor store in extreme southwest Missouri, just across the line from the dry states of Oklahoma and Arkansas and about 30 miles from dry Kansas. Pefectly legal. Goldmine late '40's, '50's.

"And he made a fortune; enough to fund my first campaign. At least he did until he they sent him to the state pen."

Dumb criminals are convicts, dumber criminals are cops, smart criminals are businessmen.
