Congress, wtih lack of funding? Do I win?

To watch this bunch be so careful in what they ask is beyond belief! They are so terrified of incriminating themselves,it is funny.

My young furnaceman, watched a few minites with me this morning.he just shook his head.

This was a young furnaceman, who will be my regular now.
He just bought a house with 30% down,30 year conventional loan.

A young man who had integrity instilled in him by his father,he told me.Like mine did.

Really made me feel good for the younger generation. Now,if we can clean those old crooks out of Congress.I notice today,it was the younger ones who are speaking our forcefully, while the older ones hung back

Our future lies in them,Sea!

Unfortunately the young become old and will continue to do the same crap that our generation did-maybe worse.

30% is what one should down on a mortgage--30% OF THE ASKING PRICE! However, if the house is OVER-VALUED to begin with he may, in time, find even this house unaffordable, losing market value, but not bank value!

Seasoldier/I was just joking with you Maryanne.
