General Observation:

I am pleased that Gov. Palin is going after Barack Obama on his nefarious associations with individuals of questionable character and intent. But I would like to offer some advice that I think is important. Please listen to me and listen good.

The cutesy, folksy, winking thing is adorable when Sarah is talking about hockey moms, snow machines, and shooting moose. But I think it inappropriate when addressing the subject referenced above. This man, Barack Obama, is a danger to the American people, in my opinion, and should be treated as such. It is not something that can be treated with frivolity. He must be exposed and it must be done with extreme seriousness.

I think Palin needs to get serious, dead serious, look the country square in the eye and tell the truth about Barack Obama…with, as I said above…extreme seriousness.

We are in a war for the very soul of this nation. We must act accordingly.

Not entirely sure I agree. Sure, Sarah's got the steel beneath the baby seal fur, but it might be more effective kept hovering in the background. Looming, menacing, but never quite out front. She's got more of that Reagan happy warrior vibe. People try to turn her into Maggie because she's a chick, but she's closer to Reagan.

She can do outrage, but not necessarily stern censure. More like "WTF?" kind of outrage. 'That's not the America we know and love' sort of thing.

Palin has the Reagan Reborn mojo working for her and it would probably be best if she remained folksy while McCain assumed the stern father figure demeanor.

Actually I don't care as long as one or both of them begin pounding Obama on this subject matter and do not stop. If people are going to elect Obama then at least they should know precisely what they are putting into the Oval Office so that they can't come crying to us afterwards and snivel that they didn't know, that nobody told them.
