Who got the country in the mess we are in today?

The republicans and the democrats. We are not seeing the results of 8 years of bad policy. We are seeing the results of 45 years of bad policy. From the Great Society to No Child Left Behind the feds have meddled in almost every aspect of society with disastrous results over all. Some of the programs kinda work.

Democrats claim only republicans are to blame.

They are both half right.

Quit rewarding incompetence and corruption.

My daughter in college needs an antenae for her TV to work. I told her to wait until Nov 6th.

Holy crap! There are still tvs with antennae? Maybe she can use the old coat hanger trick.

and buy a cable converter box , request your government rebate for the converter...come Feb/09 not a single television that still uses an antenae to pick up television will be receiving any picture or sound, all tv signals will be going 100% digital on Feb01/09. Analog becomes obsolete on that date. Or just by a new TV set, hell you can buy a digital TV (not plasma or LCD) for less then $100 now a days.
