I really thought Sarah's winks were intended just for me. Just like I always thought Dolly was singing "I will always love you" just for me when she closed her weekly program swaying to and fro in that swing. Guess I'm just a sentimental, old fool. I'm sure glad you woke me up. I was about to vote for her.

....I have to admit I'm a soft touch too, until I get to know people better and figure out whether there is something genuine behind the wink or something ulterior about it and it doesn't include me in the ulterior plans. I'd be flattered if it did, but would have to turn it down, just as I would a wink based on trying to lure me in for the "confidence" con men and women work on to get others to trust them enough to manipulate them.
