Presidents don't declare war; Congress does and did. It's the President's job to execute the war, oversee it as Commander in Chief. If you'll research, Bush giving the order to invade Iraq was simply following the law that Congress passed ordering him to do so.

It requires looking up the war authorization and getting past the Liberal claim that they were "fooled" and lied to. That's bullshit to cover their asses with fools like YOU,

Yea look up the war authorization and you find that Bush was granted the power to use the threat of war to bring Iraq into compliance, also that war would be the LAST RESORT...instead he used 911 as an excuse to use it first.
