As the liberals become more and more greedy and continually enlargen the drain on taxpayers the evasion process will continue to expand. Oh you can put 'em in jail...but ya gotta catch 'em first. That costs money. Then you have to prosecute them. That costs more money. Then you have to incarcerate them providing you win...and that costs more money. In the end, you've recovered no taxes, it has actually cost you money. 30 years ago there were few people who didn't properly report their incomes. Now,..there are millions. Now,..there are thousands of websites with instructions as to how to beat the system. 30 years of watching the liberals lie, cheat, and steal their way through life has taught the whole country "The Game". Average taxpayers are learning the game well.
