So what? I'm a millionaire too and I'm just a Joe six pack. You did notice that much of her investments are in tax exemptions accounts. When I was working I got a lot of per diem which wasn't reported income. The per diem is compensation for added expenses incurred on the job. She probably isn't a millionaire anymore seeing what the stock market has done this year.

Palin's wealth is at odds with the image she sought to portray. And since she asked for the tax return filing extension, I'd guess she didn't want her financial disclosure forms available for scrutiny since her personna doesn't include being a millionaire.

She's not Main Street with $1Million in assets.

Joe Six Packs aren't millionaires. It isn't what meant by the phrase.

Say it ain't so, Italia.

Believe me, a million dollars isn't what it used to be. Plenty of ordinary people have assets in the millions including me. All it takes is a little time, some real estate, market investments and a little more time.
