How stupid can you get? Wall Street managing real estate is akin to me managing a nuclear power plant. Talk about being out of your element. I was afraid of this. Washington never touched anything that worked and this is no exception. This whole mess needs to be put in the hands of real estate professionals (not real estate brokers) and managed as problem real estate. Wall street will screw this up so badly, all it will do is further supress an already suppressed real estate market. This is really a pisser. We need to swarm congress with calls and emails and force them to do this right.

Our military works pretty well and I get my mail every day about the same time! It seems to be republicans that screw up quite frequently and why they should not run the govt that they hate!

Why do you say it is going to be wall street managing the real estate? Do you know that to be a fact? The government is going to be buying these mortgage securities from wall street and I would imagine they will have real estate management companies handling them.
