The VP debate reviews have come. The media is ecstatic and euphoric about Biden. The media laughs at Palin for lack of foreign affairs knowledge. This is the same media which promoted George W. Bush, who did not know the names of foreign leaders, in 2000. I thought that in America anybody can become the president and by implication Vice President. According to the media not anybody.

2000 was a wierd year, and it seriously made me doubt the "bias liberal media." You'd think they would have been all over Al Gore, but instead they made fun of him as badly as the Republicans did. But I don't recall them being all that crazy about Dubya, either. The media laughs at Palin, period, but then says she did "surprisingly well" in the debate. Biden? He didn't screw up, either, but he hardy merits a comment. Whats up with that?
