Remember when Palin was talking about how she would never raise taxes and what a good job she had done in Wasilla? Biden could have pointed out that she increased the city sales tax to pay for the ice rink.

Same story. Reagan cut taxes, but raised payroll taxes, user fees, etc. Many states brag that they do not have income-taxes. But they forget to say that sales taxes are high and property taxes are high.

Poor Joe Biden. He didn't screw up, either, he kept his explanations short and to the point, and used words the average person could understand, but he's not getting any brownie points for that. What's up with that?
