It's nothing to brag about. I mentioned this once before; a maverick is an unbranded cow, so if they wish to call themselves "cows", so be it. Besides, they do have a brand of sorts, a "GOP" etched on their record which they both say they"ve "take on" to earn the nick "maverick." Confused lot, I reckon. That suggests to me that neither of them are happy as GOPers so I wonder why GOPers would vote for them.

I never did ask you what your overall opinion of Israel is but in my opinion Israel is Israel's friend and they are as stubborn about their beliefs as the Arabs are about theirs and that lion and lamb will never lie down together.

You really believe the Vce President should be making policy? I don't. And she is saying she is philosophically atuned to the conservative outlook. Biden did a good job of lying wherever he could and got away with it. Give her a few weeks in office and she'll know more about issues than Obama/Biden combined. In fact, BEFORE the election she will know more. Biden kept harping at one point, that he hadn't heard John's stance on some issues. Other than raise taxes, Obama has nothing. So, what's his point?
