Perceiving this, the Legislative branch has an affirmative duty to prevent President Bush and Vice President Cheney from performing any purported arms deal with radical Saudi Arabia in order to ensure treason is not committed as a matter of law.
Treason works and is when State Action places United States citizens, including our Armed Services’ personnel abroad, at undue risk of injury or death.
Just this: the United States government is estopped from selling arms to any Arab State that (1) inculcates a hatred for Western Civilization; (2) refuses to condemn terrorism; (3) finances military or guerilla or insurgent operations that kill and maim Americans- whether our Armed Services abroad or civilians at home, through criminal acts. Period.
Taken to its illogical conclusion, President Bush and Vice President Cheney have the “inherent authority” to defy every principle of Fiduciary Duty to the People as they betray, betray the Constitution that I bow down to.

Here, the evidence is undisputed that certain entities of influence within Saudi Arabia have been funding and fueling the “sectarian violence” in the “new” Iraq and those who have killed and maimed my country’s men and women, soldier and contractor alike, without discretion, without remorse.
Perceiving this, the very notion that the United States government would supply $60 Billion worth of the most sophisticated and lethal arms and weaponry to the nation that spawned Al Qaeda is, quite simply, treason per se, particularly when juxtaposed against President Bush and Vice President Cheney’s contention that “the United States military will leave Iraq when no longer needed,” they have and will deny civil rights and break laws at home, and weaken our diplomacy by the day.
As their agents betray, betray.
What, our own government is not only going to continue to fund contracts to “rebuild” a civil war-torn land and “arm and train” the Iraqi “security forces” in the trackless sand, despite the evidence undisputedly proves these “security forces” are conspiring and aiding and abetting the “insurgents” in Iraq, but now “arm and train” Osama Bin Laden’s native country with $60,000,000,000 of weapons that could fall into the hands of the enemy and onto our troops’ limbs as easily as hemoglobin adheres to the blood and money corrupts and deception wins.
And it drips.
Like our soldiers’ bleeding suffering onto the page.
My frustration with a feeble Congress unwilling to act in the best interests of the World and impeach admitted criminals becomes an illimitable rage.
Yet the sword that kills elected officials that betray the People gives life, and saves.

Not in 1400 years, much less now.
By withdrawing all our troops, We The People simply enable the Arabs an opportunity to reach a peace and accord and satisfaction that the West cannot mediate, ever.
For to tarry any longer is to ask the People to suffer and our diplomacy wither.
What, giving radical Arabs our military technology doesn’t place our trusted European Allies and Russian partners at an unreasonable risk that said arms will be used against Western society? This is a breach of Fiduciary Duty to the People to work against our Allies’ strategic interests. None of this kind of Arab occupation, imprudent militarization and civil rights deprivation is what America stands for.
This Congress should impeach President Bush and Vice President Cheney for withholding material information regarding Foreign influence in our Nation’s Energy policy, military occupations, Bankruptcy reform, immigration policy and “no new taxes” fiscal policy quite predictably results in bridges falling on our own heads because Vice President Cheney says “deficits don’t matter”- as he relocates his own company to an Arab State that he believes is beyond subpoena power and the rule of law he betrays, betrays.
The United States government has turned on its People by refusing to impeach, as traitors rob our Treasury and outsource our own military, defile our sovereignty and turn our Supreme Court’s precedent on its head. Their Foreign financiers would feed us poisoned food and economic policy instead.
