Learn from us
by texyank

At our office, we have solved the problem of waste from coffee cups.

Every morning, we fashion makeshift cups out of tree bark and leaves that have fallen of the foliage around the building. We pour our coffee made from shade grown coffee beans into our cups and add a mixture of plant extracts that sweeten our brew.

We all take off our sandles, sit in a circle on the lawn, celebrate another day with mother earth and frown at the people at the StarBucks next door.

Where is the set of conga drums and funny shaped leaves?

We break them out during our afternoon tofu and green tea break.

just one question then...

so in your circle do you sing "kumbayah" or "give peace a chance?"

Plus, I am far more environmentally friendly than you... my Prius is made of 100% recyclable bean sprouts and it runs on happy thoughts and rainbows. :)

First in,

I beg to differ. I am so green, my arm hurts from patting myself on the back all day.

Once my wife Lava and I and our kids Starburst and Kricket made the decission to quit shaving and using any personal hygene products, we were able to save enough money to buy an inner tube for the old bike I found down by the river. I am now peddling my way to a greener earth!

Thanks for reading and posting. This coffee issue is serious business, but I must move on now to a more pressing issue.

Dogs, cats, rabbits, and all of our other furry friends are destroying our envirnment by their indescriminant distribution of their excretions.

I shall dedicate the rest of the day to ponder ways to make animals more aware of their blatent disregard of our environment.
