Bring in the closer

The Obama campaign was quick to put McCain on the defense over the Wall St.crap.It continued the offense with a brazen slap in the face of Rush Limbaugh with the Latino ad.It also controlled the media story line that McCain ads were unfair and untruthful. And it handed the media a new story line that the Palin excitement was over. All in all a good week for Obama. A bad week for McCain.

Obama has six weeks left to close the deal.

The Rush Limbaugh/immigration ad is pure genius. It forces McCain to address the pink elephant at the republican convention. i.e. McCain will have to come out and openly admit his pro-immigration stance, which was completely skirted (lots of latino speakers, but no loud calls for immigrant rights) at the convention - pissing off much of the base - who have overlooked this supposed shortcoming in their candidate so far. And if the anti-immigration base protests, they will just end up proving Obama's point to Latino voters... finally, some shrewd lefty politics!

Well, if the deal is closed, it's about time...that was a long freakin' primary. Someone should probably break it to Aunt Hillary...

The lies of the left like Obama's ads and the thoughts in the post hereinabbove are what created the mess the country is in right now. The leftist lies are accellerating the downward spiraling vortex engulfing the country towards becoming a third world country amuck in tribal warfare.

um, don't know how to break it to you, but lies have already led the country to warfare...

just happen to be more colorful neocon lies about wmds al-queda links and yellow cake...

Yeah, Obama's ads travelled back in time and destroyed the country. Well done. I've heard some fucked up Republican arguments in my time, but that just about takes the fucked up cookie.

I have 3 questions. Didn’t someone from the Obama camp hack into Palin’s personal private computer and expose it on the internet? That kind of shrewdness is a felony isn’t it? I thought Obama had control over everything?

A. you have two questions and a misguided statement, not three questions.

B. its called an email account.

C. i can only recall one instance of B&E for political gain in recent history, and you know the party affiliations of the perps.

Always remember this basic rule: Never put anything in writing or on tape that you don't want people to see. NEVER. Email and voice mail have been the downfall of many a politician.

Speaking of tape. McCain has an immigration speech where he tells his audience that Americans won't pick fruit. He then challenges anyone in the audience that he will offer pick fruit for $50 an hour. He goes on to say an wouldn't do it, even or $50 and hour.

I'd do it for $50. Heck, I'd pick fruit for $30 an hour. What I wouldn't do is pick fruit for a $1.00 an hour.

The supposed hacker is a 20-year-old college student. His father is in politics, a Democrat - but don't think he's connected to the Obama organization. Maybe your wishful thinking?
