LOL Well, Obama has stated that “I have always been a Christian,” when in actuality he converted to Christianity as an adult. He has also stated that he “was not raised in a Muslim home.” However, his half-sister has contradicted Obama, stating that “My whole family was Muslim, and most of the people I knew were Muslim.” It is hard to discern exactly what Obama was before he converted, since his mother was non-religious and his father did not live with the family. His father was raised Muslim, his African relatives were Muslim, including his grandmother, one of fourteen wives, who is still alive and by her own account, a proud, practicing Muslim. Obama has also denied attending Muslim schools, though on another occasion he did state that he could recite the Call to Prayer. The fact is that he did attend a public school where Islamic religious doctrine was part of the curriculum, he did learn to recite the Koran, and he attended an Islamic Center as a child. Does any of that make him a Muslim? I guess it all depends on how you look at it. Why, don't you like Muslims? I ask because that's what you chose to point out as a "lie" in your post.

miz_perfect you do not stand a chance. For some reason they do not get it that the problem is not if he was or was not a Muslim or if he learned their prayers etc. It is why he is so deceptive about it. Same thing with Wright. Same thing with Ayers.

If he just said what he did, hell it is documented, and not tried to recreate the history it would be a dead issue. Now he is saying that Wright was just like a minister at the church and like he only knew him in passing sort of.

When you state the facts about him you are being a racist hater. I just do not get it.

McCain has owned up to everything in his life. Notice that the press doesn't even question his word. Obama dodges everything he thinks will make him look bad. Notice that the press investigates, finds out he was lying, and then makes excuses for his lies.

I don't hate Obama, but I do dislike him, for a number of reasons. I guess if I were to hate him, though, I would have good reason. After all, the Democrats had the White House nailed this year, and he was too consumed with his own ego, and his supporters too consumed with their agenda, to see that he would be the perfect target on every level for the Republicans if he gained the nomination.
