Why in the world would Canada be against global warning, they live in an ice box.

They are having huge parts of their country opened up due to the Earth coming out of the ice age.

Soon tankers will be able to travel across the north seas, and great parts of Canada will be able to produce food for millions.

Why in the world they want the planet to get colder, it would be well stupid.

At one time Detroit had 5 miles of ice over it, and when it melted the Great Lakes were formed, I am sure the people living in North America at the time were thinking, darn no more skiing trips.

Global warming is good for the people of the earth, and having more CO2 in the air is good also, plants grow faster and use less water with more CO2.

Yes, some people will have to move, and yes, some species will die out, but all and all, it is going to be much much better to open up area that before were permafrost.

Mark_RSM. While we have no way of accurately predicting the effects of Global Warming, I have no more reason to believe your theory than I do to believe the theories of those that claim it will end the world.

Not to mention, we'd have millions of unemployed Zamboni drivers.
