My question is whether the drones can also track non-target humans. Do they know when you're about to fire a missile into a wedding party versus into a guy's bathroom while he's showering? If they are tagging individual people somehow or relying on a long-range version of a fingerprint?

And is it too early to start writing laws forbidding the government to use people-tracking technology within our own borders and, while we're at it, within the borders of any country we are not at (declared) war with? The privacy implications of this technology put the airport security x-ray vision to shame.
