We, Americans, have forgotten the lives we used to lead, the hate we used to have in our hearts, and the pain we have caused. In 2008, there is great opportunity to reflect AND BE HONEST about where we have come from. YES, we have come from there! As we continue, let us use our remembrance and a catalyst for perpetual change. Let us change NOW the way we live with our fellow Americans...change the hatred into love and compassion for one another...change the pain we have caused and felt to a balm of healing for generations to come. NOW IS THE TIME TO REMEMBER THE PAST AND USE IT AS AN AX TO CHOP DOWN THE OBSTACLES OF THE FUTURE.
