Truthseeker,
Amen! You have a strong testimony. Always remember a few things ...
1) "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." II Cor. 4:4 - the devil (small "g") has blinded people so until a person comes to Christ ... by faith ... they will continue to be blinded and deceived which is exactly what Satan wants )also John 1:5)
2) "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." John 3:19 - According to 1 John 1:5 "God is light and in Him is no darkness at all ..." People who will not listen to what you say love their sin more than they love God
3) "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:" Romans 1:20 - the way it is supposed to work is for mankind to look at Creation and say "Wow! We must have an awesome God to have created all of this! We must have a powerful God" And then turn to Him. His Creation is clearly seen by everyone - yet, those who clearly see Creation yet turn from Him instead of turning to Him are without excuse.
Why am I telling you these things which you probably already know? To encourage you ... keeping sharing your testimony - keeping telling people about Jesus - keep giving people hope in Christ. Tell people that they are sinners ... just like you and their sin has offended a holy God (Romans 3:23) - tell people that the consequence for their sin is eternal death ... separation from God in hell (Romans 6:23, Rev. 20:11-15). Then tell people how much God loves them and wants them to be saved (II Peter 3:9, John 3:16) and all they have to do is receive God's free gift of salvation by trusting in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins (Eph. 2:8-9, Eph. 1:7, Romans 10:9-10) People may laugh ... ridicule ... speculate ...all they want but based on your testimony you have peace with God because you have trusted Jesus as your Saviour.
Lord Bless You!
