You're right. People who make a connection between two current events and wonder "what happens if...?" are just asking for it. Bunch of elitist liberal pussies, if you ask me. That's why I never inquire into anything.

GITMO has been weathering hurricanes for decades without incident. It is a silly story.

I say that if they want freedom we give it to them. The next category 4 or larger hurricane that hits Cuba we strap them all to hand gliders and tell them to fly and be free. Any of them that should some how make it to the United States coast (which should be impossible) should be shot down as unauthorized hostile aircraft.

There problem solved. The Gitmo prisoners are set free, the sharks get fed and there is even some slim chance that the coast guard, navy or Air Force could get some target practice.
