A quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln: "God must love stupid people, because he made so many of them."

We could always ship you off to Cuba if you don't like the US and Canada is too cold. I hear Guantanimo is nice this time of year.

Canada is proof you can have national health care, a government not run by special interest, and separatd church and state and a democracy AND CAPITALISM.

But since I believe in Democracy and I do love my nation no less than any republican I will do my best to see the republicans out of power BECAUSE I LOVE MY NATION.

By your quote, you clearly prefer Canada to the US. You are basically saying you wish the US was like Canada, are you not?

Why not move then? You can vote as a Canadian resident (don't even need to be a citizen), you can get health care once you are a resident, and you even have your choice of big cities.

You say you love your nation, then why do you complain that Canada is BETTER than your nation? It doesn't sound like you love your nation at all. And you think your national bretheren are "stupid" as you claimed in your first post. Again, then why do you live here?

I'm planning on voting against McCain this election too, but that doesn't mean I think other Americans are stupid if they vote for him. If you hate Americans, which you do, then you hate America... that's all there is to it.

So; any complaint by you of this nation when governed by a liberal or a Democrat is some indication or proof that you really don't love this nation?

What, you have no complaints re: the U.S.?

Yeah I use Canada to demonstrate it can be done HERE with a test case north of the border and he assumes I want to be a Canadian.

I love both nations actually but I was born an American and I believe we can be better. To me moving to Canada would equate to running away from my responsibility to make this nation better.

And by the way-you know NOTHING about Canada if you think its that easy to get the free health care, vote, etc. Eight years of Bush was enough to make me explore what the process would be-and Canadians arent stupid ulike the people who voted for Bush not once but twice-they fully expect US immigrants and political asylum seekers. Their laws make it pretty clear the days of running to Canada are in the past.

But as I said before-I believe its my duty as a US citizen to vote the neocons out of office for the good of the nation and the planet.

I don't see how your message is a response to my message; but I'm thinking that you meant it as a response to some other Frayster. Have a good day.
