multi task the tough movies

It helps to have a computer monitor next to the TV set. If (when) your netflix pic starts to get a little tedious ("Running With Scissors" anyone?), feel free to do a little net surfing. If you miss something just go back, amazed, that something actually happened.

As my old Industrial Psychology prof used to say, "The key to happiness is low expectations."

Also, don't forget to put on the audio commentary. I made it through Antonioni's 1975 The Passenger, with its long passages of silence, listening to Jack Nicholson's great stories about making the movie. Made it all the way to the end--and what an end it was. Glad I watched it.
