Regarding the experience question, in the one of the early Dem debates, Biden went into a long riff about how Rudy Giuliani is not qualified to be President. Now, you might not like Giuliani, but he was a very successful federal prosecutor, and then a 2 term mayor of New York City who had to deal with one of the great catastrophic events in US history. So, it kind of makes me wonder, if Biden thinks that Giuliani is not qualified, then who is qualified? Could Biden possibly think that Barack Obama is more qualified than Giuliani?
