Biden's dead in the water
by jschlossberg

I thought the Nobama campaign lost its most promising argument - "change" - when he chose a senator who's been in office since the Nixon administration. Now that Obiden is facing Sarah Palin in a debate, I don't think there's much a chance left at all for the old guy.

Oh, come on, don't write McCain off so quickly. lol

Do you people even know what change is?

Taking the country in a different direction than it is now heading is change. It doesn't matter if the person that does it has been in elective office for 30 plus years or for 10 plus years. It doesn't negate it is change.

This is the point I really start recommending a dictionary.

Uh, yeah, sure

Biden was a perfectly logical pick. Obama said he wanted a veep who could hit the ground running if needed (If a racist rightie assassinated him, for instance). Biden is that guy.

How long has McSame been in office, BTW? Long enough for his judgement to go so far south on him that he'd choose a jumped-up small-town mayor as veep based on her Ann Coulter impersonation?

Biden will make mincemeat of Silly Sarah. That's a given.
