Movies you buy...
by dsf3g

This sorta goes for movies you buy, too. I've got a few flicks still inn their packaging that I bought years ago and never got around to watching... (well, never got around to re-watching. Les face it, we bought these films because they were assigned in our college film class). I'm thinking of stuff like "M" and "La Passion de Jean d'Arc."

I've learned my lesson, though. Now I pretty much only buy stuff with space ships or car chases.

It's sad though, because I'm usually left very satisfied after watchig a classic film. It's just that the inertia you have to overcome to actually pop one in the DVD player and press "start" is enormous. When "The Cabiet of Dr. Caligari" is just a hand's width away from "Conan"... I mean, seriously... what do you usually feel most in the mood for.. German Expressionism or Austrian Blade Wielding Killing Machine?
