Clinton never admitted any such thing (and yes, I heard the tape). Then again, is anyone really surprised? Never mind that fact checking by numerous sources have proven this Republican-driven assertion a flat out lie. Then again, when has actual proof ever stopped Republicans from repeating politically convenient lies?

The worst part of it is how they'd rather accept the word of the Sudanese -- despite their ties to international terrorism -- than those of Americans whom they think differ politically from them.

I.E. The New York Times, The L.A. Times, The Washington Post, PMSNBC, NBC, ABC, CNN, NPR, PBS...

I find the Code Pinkers funny. Surely, very few of them know a soul in uniform, let alone Iraq. But they act as if they are mothers who lost their sons to roadside bombs, shrieking and crying and having to be dragged out literally kicking and screaming by security, waving peace signs and all.

They are in love with this romantic image they have built of themselves as being Proud Renegades Speaking Truth to Power. They are morally confused fools for whom this whole thing is about themselves and their own personal narrative. "Hey look everybody, I'm a dedicated radical. I even got on national t.v. when I tried to interrupt McCain!"

I hate melodramatic political theater. There is just something I can't stomach about such grandstanding, regardless of the cause. It's silly and self absorbed.
