That pretty much sums it up. Biden has a tendency to babble and run on and on.

How in the world could she possibly make him sweat? All she can do is try to cram, and hope she doesn't make too many mistakes regurgitating what she's been force-fed. He can rely on actual national (and international) affairs experience.
