Aerospacemajor,
I agree that sex should be saved until marriage and having sex before marriage is sin.
That said, this woman never said that she is a follower of Christ, therefore can not and should not be judged for something that she did eleven years ago. She said that she and her husband got married and have other children now and are living a happy life together. Good for her. She has already outlasted fifty percent of Christian marriages that end in divorce. God saw fit to bless her with a gift in her first born dispite her sin. Just as God has blessed you dispite any sin you have committed. And since when is her sin any more unfavorable than that of you and me? As a matter of fact, we, as christians, are held to a higher standard because we know the truth and have committed to make Jesus the Lord of our lives, which includes living a righteous life. A life that no one can achieve alone, but by the Grace of God, we are made holy. To use your method of bible quoting... " "There is no one righteous, not even one" Romans 3:10. This means even you and me. In Romans 6:23 it says "For the wages of sin is death..." This explains what we deserve... Death. Ephesians 2:8-9 says "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast." Again this is to show you that you have done nothing to deserve salvation, you have not been good enough, you can not earn your way into heaven. It does not matter what you do or don't do, Grace is your salvation. All you need is to believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He came to earth born of a virgin (who by the way was an unwed mother), and that he came to pay the penalty for your sin, death on the cross, a blood sacrifice, so that you would not have to live in eternal hell, but could have everlasting life with Him.
If you have any other scathing judgements to hand out, start by looking at the log in your own eye.
