OK, I am impressed...
by paxterminus

I tested some of my client-heavy web applications with Chrome, and although it is too early to open the champagne, I already see thing working on it correctly, which FireFox did not get right till this day: even with version 3.0

Still, for the first beta it is quite impressive to see only minor bugs with parameter inheritance down the DOM tree and all the events – especially the z-order-dependent ones - being handled correctly.

If Chrome performs across the board, it would be nice if they had a Unix and Mac version of it – we would finally have a cross-platform browser capable to handle advanced dynamic content.

TraceMonkey and SquirrelFish (Firefox and Safari's dev. JS engines) outperform Chrome. Just a thought.

"Outperform" is a very broad term. In my case Fire Fox does not outperform anything because it cannot do what I need it to do within reasonable amount of programming effort put into it.
