I just registered Republican Today..and feel wonderful about it. I can no longer support a party(DNC)that used misogyney and false charges of racism against a fellow democrat as they did during the primaries to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

And I feel indebted to the RNC and John McCain for choosing a wonderul brilliant femaile firebrand like Palin as his running mate.

To get rid of Roe vs Wade the court would have to find that the fertlized egg is a human being and the destruction or the egg is literally a homicide.Or they would have to take away a women's right over her reproductive life. If they found that to be true it would take away a woman's rights asa full and complete citizen with equal rights under the law.

To think the courts would suddenly decide that a woman is not an equal citizen with full Consitutional Rights is ridiculous as is the idea the USSC would find the destruction of the fertilized egg is homicide.

You must meet certain criteria in law to certain criteria and thresholds in law in order to effect the findings of such laws.

Neither of those two findings are ever going to occur.

That's why this is such a red herring used by the dems to manipulate and frighten women.

The only possible thing that could ever happen to threaten Roe is a Court that wholly legislates from the bench ignores Settled law and voids Roe which then simply gives states the option of allowing abortion rights.

But even the last thing..the idea of voiding of Roe has less than a nil to none chance of happening because in order to nullify a Setlled law Decision...the Justices would not only be villified ny the left but Impeachment proceedings could and most certainly would ensue from such a rank hot button action from very powerful orgs. on the left.

Palin has nothing whatsoever to with the power of The judiciary.

She has a right to believe as she does.It appeases the Pro Lifers but in truth holds no power to change Settled Law of Roe vs
