Elaboration of ethics reform FAQ
by Spiff

While this doesn't matter to anyone other than those Alaskans the live in the capital, allow me to expand on her decision to fire the chef.

Palin does not live in the official residence of the governor. The "Governor's Mansion" is in Juneau which is Alaska's state capital. Gov. Palin does not want to live in Juneau, so after being elected to the position, she declared that she would be working out of Anchorage and would only come to Juneau during the legislative session (currently 90 days between January and April).

So, there would be no need for a chef because she would have no one for whom to cook.

Drive down some Juneau streets and you might see the bumper sticker: "Hey Sarah, the job's in Juneau".

So if she and McCain do win, don't be surprised if she proposes to work from her home in Wasilla.

Sara's major concern. Already knows how to read a teleprompter and avoid interviews.
