Fact is, musicians make almost no money from record sales or radio play (some suit at the label sees to that); touring is the most lucrative thing a popular artist can do. Travelling to hear them makes it less likely that art will have to be subsidized in order to be a part of our culture.

Fact is.. I have at least 1 copy often 2, of every album and single that he and his band ever did. I have a couple of dozen bootlegged concerts (with approval from the band) as well.

I've never pretended to be an environmentalists. <-5> seems to think he's the *one* *true* conservative around.

The singer is something of a friend. I've known him, and gone to see him, for 22 years now. I even have flown to London to catch concerts. And he gives,( and his band gave) absolutely fantastic concert experiences.

Seems that CD is against people enjoying themselves. Next thing, he'll start telling us of the evils of rock music, and dancing.
