To my estimation, it was George Bush who had to fork over billions of dollars everywhere globally, as the great pretenders caused time and time again massive damage, which only the likes of Nikola Tesla with his pretended wicked inventions in the global hands of fools and morons who could care less what damage they caused to anyone, so long as they can collectively get the all mighty dollah!
