What the dems don't get, yet, I think, is the kind of rage this is creating. The dems are doing the impossible - they're energizing the Republican base, which was so turned off by Bush and the war, and McCain, that they weren't going to show up and vote.

You can bet they are now. I've heard from people who are donating to the campaign, when previously they weren't even going to vote. Obama is, to paraphrase Kinsley, *toast*!!!
