Fray Poll

Which is more important to you when picking a candidate to support...change or experience?

Re: Fray Poll

neither. I choose leadership, because without it there is no change, experience is secondary.

which is a lie but go ahead and run with that.
Neither.

I look for leadership, ideas and general ability.

Experience can be more than meaningless. I have met far too many "experienced" people that have made incorrect decisions and assumptions for that alone to be a consideration.

Same with change. It's a nebulous word that means absolutely nothing by itself.

Judgement. Which McCain has displayed he lacks. And in the case of the Bush era........Damn! CHANGE
Re: Neither.

I have the quote from Albert Einstein on Insanity.

Applied to this situation...Insanity is electing candidates from the same party over and over again, and expecting a different result.

I prefer change, since change is unavoidable, and the wrong experience in the face of change often leads to failure.

Jiffie...

You're a useless wart on the asshole of humanity.

Feel free to once again...as you are such a serious, issues oriented poster, the best on the board, I've heard some say, comment on the post, instead of...(oh my god....I"M CHEESE!!!)...the poster.!!!
Change with experience if the change
by Nick_Danger

is away from modern republicanism.

Other than being a woman, what "change" does Palin bring?

Re: Fray Poll

How can that be a lie?
Why look at only one when you can have both?
by BFD

You left out educational background, intelligence, judgment, goals, policy stances,innovation/creativity,temperament etc. etc.

I tend to look at more of the complete package and yeah, sometimes I hold my nose when I punch the button in the voting booth.
