Palin: Corrupt, Anti-Choice Creationist.

She is embroiled in a corruption scandal revolving around the firing of a civil servant over her sister's messy divorce.

She also arranged for a $10,000 severance package for a political appointee who only remained on the job for two weeks.

She is rabidly anti-choice, having referred to 'sinners' who 'won't vote for me anyway' on the campaign trail.

She is a creationist, who continues her quest to force school to teach creationism in Alaska.

She has less than 2 years of state government experience, with her only other political resume involving a mayorship of a village, and a city council spot that she rarely attended.

McCain criticized Obama for inexperience, and then puts this person one fluttery heartbeat away from being our President?

It was a game-changer, all right.. it was a desperation Hail Mary pass, thrown into the cheerleading section.

While I don't disagree with anything you said, are that surprised that McCain and the Republicans would try to take history away from the Democrats? Apparently, the GOP didn't their lesson when they put Keyes against Obama in Illinois: PEOPLE SEE THROUGH REPUBLICAN CONTRIVANCE!

I'm not surprised the Republicans would try it.

I'm surprised people like the columnist fell for it.

It takes a special kind of stupid to vote against your own priorities, and feel happy about it. But there are single-wide mobile homes with Bush signs in the front yard, so unfortunately it looks like a decently-sized constituency.

I agree with most of what you said, but I'd hardly describe that small investigation as being "embroiled." Being embroiled is when your administration is frozen, crippled, on permanent damage control. At worst, it might be called an impropriety.
