I signed up with Netflix a few years ago and never received a single movie from my queue. I eventually canceled my subscription and demanded a refund.

A little while later, they sent me a card begging me to come back. So I decided to give them a second chance. And guess what? I still never received a single DVD from my queue. I called them again. This time, they said that maybe somebody at my post office was stealing them and I should call them. Like someone at the post office would admit to committing postal theft? Anyway, I did call my local post office and of course, they said they never had any problems or complaints about Netflix DVDs not being delivered in the area.

Long story short, I called Netflix back, ripped them a new one, and demanded another refund. Until someone from Netflix personally drops a DVD off at my house, I won't give them another try.

The weird thing was that the Netflix customer service rep sincerely thought they would. But I called anyway, just to see if anyone else had called.

My mailbox even has a lock on it, so I would have at least been able to tell if someone had broken into it.

I don't know. I guess Netflix just didn't like me for some reason.

Some part of the story is missing. You say you never received a single movie from your queue but you never say the queue noted the movies as having been sent.

BTW, Netflex customer service via phone is noted to be poor except for giving generous refunds.

Should you want to try renting again GreenCine has most of the same disks at about the same price and a bit better customer service but a bit slower turnaround.

Oh it did. And the rep swore to me that they were sent. Both times.

deal with the pizza and if you give the delivery person usually mine is fed ex the free extra pizza that comes with this offer on the interent with the right coupon code they usually delivery every netflex you could have just downloaded if you have a credit card. anything else is a felony.
