Statistically, McCain will probably be dead before 2012
by Nick_Danger

Can we risk someone becoming President who has a couple of years experience as the governor of Alaska?

I don't think so.

McCain's a 72 year old man with a history of cancer diagnoses, and Pugs will pretend that people shouldn't care about having a neophyte like Palin a heartbeat away from the presidency.

Grandpa gave the Dems a gift with his pick.

False. At least make honest arguments about Senator Obama.

Any person who has any clue about government will tell you that Being a governer is about the closest thing you can have in terms of presidential experience.

Governers are the Executive Branch of States in case you've forgotten.

States have their own Congress', that the Governer has to work with to pass bills that affect their states and cities, in case you don't know.

True, but McCain is closer to the end of Caucasian life expectency than Obama is to African-American. And Senator Obama is in better condition, by all accounts.

Then why did your party nominate McCain?

Bush was a governor and a failure. he had a reasonable amount of "executive experience," but is a dummy.

Are you sure you want to pursue this line of argument? :)

McCain comes from good stock

How old was Obama's father when he kicked?

How about Obama's mother?

Why not?

Your risking someone becoming President with less than 2 years Senate experience. How is this different?

I was just dealing with the arguments you were presenting. Now it appears you want to change the basis of the argument.

I'm not sure you can judge a person's life expectency on either basis, frankly.
