I believe Putin because these Cons are KNOWN already to be HUGE liers. I haven't seen Putin lie. He may be a lot of things we don't like but a lier is not one of them.

On that, George Bush wins hands down, the biggest lier in American HISTORY.

Anyway, this is exactly the kind of thing Dick Cheney would do.

On a secondary matter, I'm also happy to see in this thread that these little Cons are openly saying liberals are communists...does that include Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson?
