She is sleep-deprived, and the post-partum/breastfeeding hormones typically reduce female libido (not true for every woman). She doesn't feel sexy or attractive, which further reduces desire. She probably is still bleeding, which can be a turnoff for some. Besides, when you have an orgasm, you can squirt milk across the room (although she probably hasn't discovered this yet).
