Obama was not my candidate. He is not perfect. But he is certainly better than the alternative. (And frankly, I liked Hillary Clinton a whole lot better before I started reading comments from some of her "supporters." I can only hope that most of her loyal supporters are not as revengeful and selfish as self-professed PUMAs posting in this forum.)

Agree; and this nonsense about not being "represented?" The candidate is chosen, he doesn't represent constituent groups in some "one man" legislative body. Obama has been nothing but gracious. More proof these Harridans are acting from a deep seated insecurity.

• I started reading up on Obama a few weeks ago. I was shocked at how little I knew about him when I was in love with the guy. The honeymoon is over. How did we lose the one candidate (Hillary) who was a positive influence? Now, when I look at the Obama placards on lawns around the neighborhood, all I see is the Pepsi logo, not the Obama logo. Man, this whole campaign has gone Twilight Zone eerie. Someone call Stephen King . . .
