This is the most compelling issue of the day?

You know, even if the informal statute of limitations didn't run out over the last 15 years or so!

It isn't even much on some blunt pragmatic ground ... another Alito or Ms Alito (don't hold your breath for any filibuster etc.) really isn't going to help in that dept. if that is your hope.
