Fray Poll for Earth Dwellers
by StanH
How confident are you that a person who can't figure out when life begins will provide competent leadership and decisions on the issue of abortion?
Would that be Obama's job.
by MasterGuns

I would think that any decision made concerning abortion would have to be made by the USSC.

By the way, when exactly does life begin? Is it zygote, embryo or fetus? Is cancer a life?

right or wrong, he wouldn't even take a stand.

There is room in the debate to support more than one position, but the empty suit that is BHO can't state a position because he is affraid more people will disagree with him and vote against him because of it. He's useless and his kind of incompetence could prove very distructive to America.

Abortion is only one issue, and I really think what Obama was saying was that it is not up to him to decide some things. Doesn't God ultimately judge us in the end?

You liberals crack me up. I guess it's above your pay grades as well, eh?

Virtually any thinking human being can answer when life begins. Answers may vary, but you'll get an answer. It's a shame that Barack Hussein Obama wouldn't at least draw the line at birth. Oh, I forgot- he's fine with killing live babies out of the womb. OK, how about if he drew the line at the point when the parents take the baby home from the hospital?

No Judy, he made himself clear. It's above his pay grade. No what he was really saying schtick is going to help you here.
personally, I don't believe it begins at conception.
by thegolfer
To me, life begins when it could be sustained outside the woman's body. This could be after as little as 5 or 6 months and this time period gives plenty of space for the mother to decide she doesn't want the baby. You see, I am for abortions in the first trimester, and possibly even the second. But after that, only when the life of the mother is in actually, not imaginary, jeopardy.

Yep, that's some leader he is, isn't he? Pretty easy question to answer. I wonder what the percentage is of people who think it's above their pay grade.

ROFLMAO!!

Good, don't have one in your third trimester.

That just solidifies my thoughts that Obama is a "fence sitter".

i'm not too worried about it - it's not his call to make anyway.

mccain's answer was simply poitics - no one can know that life begins at conception. pure bullshit.

obama's answer was pure honesty.

I bet YOU can draw a line somewhere on where life begins. How about at birth? Why can't Obama draw a line? I'll tell you why- his vote on the matter in Illinois is there as a matter of record. He's fine with live babies who are fortunate enough to survive an abortion being killed upon birth.

Are you? How about 1 hour after birth? How about 1 week? Hell, let's make it a month! After all- it's not his call to make, right?

Yep, that's one fine leader that Barack Hussein Obama.

oh, the obama 'infanticide' bullshit...

please get a real issue...

Re: Fray Poll for Earth Dwellers

Bullshit? Bullshit. The fact is, one of Obama's "present" votes was on a bill to protect the lives of babies who manage to survive abortions. If you think throwing a live baby in the trash is "bullshit", then you're just as sick as that sick fuck Obama.

That's the problem with being a partisan cultist. It makes you take fringe positions on serious issues.

I certainly don't blame you for pulling an Obama and bailing on the issue. People who think throwing live babies in the garbage don't tend to be very popular.
