Good news, people!
by Horus

There are far fewer murders, tortures, and mass killings today than there were a year ago in one of the countries we're occupying illegally in the Middle East! Aren't you HAPPY!??

Chris is. He's fucking wetting himself he's so happy.

That's what senile dementia does to one, sadly...

Fewer Americans and Iraqis are being killed. You view this as a cause for something other than happiness?

@Horus

You're missing the forest for the trees. This is spectacular news, but there is a certain type of individual who just can't let up with partisan bickering.

If a totally screwed up situation that we entered voluntarily with no justfiable cause being slightly less screwed up passes for good news, then God save us from the bad news.

We have been living in interesting times.

So things are back to where they were when at the time they were being described as catastrophic and that is cause for happiness?

Did the notion that those American's shoudn't have had to die or have died not occur to you? War should be a cause for woe and grieving, yet all we do is throw pom poms in the air. We've become a nation aof physopaths who revel in death.

I heard Lindsay Graham say he's happy we got rid of Saddam. That must mean he's also happy that more than 4000 American's and a million Iraqi's have been killed and that out country is now in debt to the tune of trillions.
