NC: You so conveniently skipped past the part about how a bi-partisan commission which Clinton commissioned, physically handed Bush the results of their investigation into al -Qaeda and bin Laden on the day he arrrived in D.C., even before he was inaugurated. Bush passed it off to Cheney, who passed the buck to Condi, who shelved it until 9/07/01. The two heads of that commission were Gary Hart and warren Rudman. You also left out the part about the PDB dated August 6, 2001, warning that bin Laden was adamant about striking within the U.S. BTW, the Hart/Rudman Report is available on the "internets", unless the Bush administration has had it deleted in a CYA move.

let's not forget that Bush ignored 50+ warnings that came in from around the world AND the 8-6-01 PDB specifically said HIJACKINGS.

as the 9/11 commission report concluded:

Bush did nothing.
