McCain Seeks to Convince He Is Fit By Pictures of Paris/Mose
by bacaangel

It is a sad landmark of where McCain Camp is that a man (McCain) who espouses to be the most powerful leader in the planet seeks to convince us of his fitness for office with images of Paris Hilton and Moses being used (by inference) to demean his opponent!

And, McCain's current false charge of racism, is a deliberately insidious distortion of the truth and a set-up by Republican/Reptilian controlled Media and the McCain Camp! Most main stream media know by now that McCain initiated this race argument by posting a web video on his campaign site with Barack’s face on a $100.00 bill, the Statute of Liberty and the four Mt. Rushmore Presidents. When Obama responds to this insult, McCain cries foul -- saying that Obama is calling him a racist, something Barack never said. And, can anyone from the McCain Camp explain what they meant by saying that this would be the change Barack would bring and then depicted Barack's face on the $100.00 bill, Statute of Liberty and the four Mt. Rushmore presidents? Is this not a derelict of duty by Media that they are not telling the Whole Story — that Barack has every right to respond to this web video since it was all about him. But, as you can see, this story is not being told in its entirety -- that it was the McCain Camp who initiated this controversy by posting a web cam video of Obama's face stating that this is the kind of change he would bring, and that it was McCain not Barack who first uttered the words "race and racism"!

This betrayal of the public trust to deliberately lie and distort the truth to the public, especially by our politicians (and media), is old party politics at its worse, and something we are trying to move away from in this country. The American people want to have trust in their politicians again, and we expect nothing less than truth and honesty coming from our politicians, and for them to deliberately lie and deceive for personal gain, is morally and ethically dishonest, and a blatant Betrayal of the Public Trust. What happened to a man’s word is his bond? Furthermore, such lying politicians certainly should not be elected to any office, let alone the highest office in the land!

Don't worry. McCain ( with grinning mini hand waves) is a dead man. He is not even a challenge. McCain can beat his chest but he has no chance. It does not matter who the democratic candidate is (White, black, brown, blue) , they will win.

White man is losing it. Can't govern as long as as it keeps sucking up to AIPAC/ADL and Ehud/Netanyahu.

The Hiltons are big RNC contributors. I wonder if they will want their money back?

How you can say that what Obama said had no racial implication is beyond belief. I saw his press conference and his explanation and if you buy it you have demonstrated the ability to swallow enormous amounts of BS.

McCain did a preemptive strike just like Obama does all the time. Racial or non racial, McCain never said the things he was claiming he said or would say. No major Rep did either. If you want to say that bloggers will say it, well then there is an enormous amounts of crap being said on both sides. Do you think addled minded old man is language appropriate. There is worse.

I think the ad was dumb but I think it was done for a reason other than the message it carried. I think it was intentionally outrageous. The press has essentially left him out of the discussion and after the ad it all was about McCain or at least a lot more of time went to McCain. I think Obama's campaign implying the ad was racial was just dumb.

It was a gigantic stretch for everyone except the Obamamanics, and only served to have that ad replayed over and over even on the major networks. They should have just said what Obama said was not racial and ended it. Their protest only served to keep the story going.

What I think was even worse is that their arguments were pretty thin at best. Many people grow suspicious of someone who protests too much.

So, when Obama responds to an ad that depicts his face on the $100 bill, it's "playing the race card." But, the people who are making the ad are just "being silly."

And you call us the maniacs?

What are you talking about. What ad are you talking about? The ad showed him with Paris Hilton and Brittany Spears. They tried to imply that the ad was racist. They also tried to say that McCain was making racist comments.

I saw many Democratic pundits say that McCain is in no way a racist nor has he ever said anything that could be considered racist. Talking about McCain is where Obama went seriously wrong.

There was an ad prior to the Hilton ad that aired and depicted Obama's face on a $100 bill--that's what he was talking about. But, of course for some reason during the media's, ahem, swooning, they forgot to mention that fact.

Take a looksey for yourself:

A little context always helps.

I looked but could not find this ad on the McCain web site nor could I find it referenced anywhere but on radical sites like the dailyKos.

I for one do not believe it was a McCain ad. For two I still do not see how it is racial. Mocking yes but how it is racial is beyond me. Compare him to a black it is racial, compare him to a white it is racial. No one accepts that McCain is using racial tactics including many people who are strong Obama supporters.

If you are going to use the Dailykos as a point of reference perhaps you would accept that Rush Limbaugh is also a valid source of information. Both represent views that are so radical that it is impossible to accept a word either say.

It was a web video. And I only linked to DailyKos because it was the first site I landed on. Also, it's not an opinion piece we're talking about. I'm not denying what he was implying, I'm just stating what he was referencing. That's the point, no one was reporting on it.
